陳小平：女，生于1974年7月，研究員，博士研究生導師，中南大學”升華學者”特聘教授，遺傳藥理學湖南省重點實驗室副主任，中南大學臨床藥理研究分子遺傳藥理學研究室主任。教育部新世紀人才、湖南省杰出青年基金獲得者，湖南省121人才工程第三層次人才，湖南省青年骨干教師培養(yǎng)對象, 中國藥理學會理事，中國藥理學會藥物基因組學專業(yè)委員會常委，衛(wèi)生部臨床檢驗標準專業(yè)委員會委員，湖南省生理科學會理事，湖南省藥學會理事，湖南省藥學會藥物基因組學專業(yè)委員會委員，國家科技獎勵評審專家，國家自然科學基金項目評審專家，湖南省食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局藥品審評專家；《Asian Natural Products Research》、《中南大學學報醫(yī)學版》、《中南醫(yī)學雜志》特約審稿專家。1997年于西安醫(yī)科大學獲預防醫(yī)學學士學位；1997.9~1999.8在中南大學（原湖南醫(yī)科大學）心血管生理研究室攻讀碩士學位，主要研究方向為心血管疾病的分子生物學研究；1999轉(zhuǎn)碩博連讀，在著名遺傳藥理學家周宏灝院士的指導下從事藥物氧化代謝酶個體和種族差異機理的研究；2002.7~2005.7在軍事醫(yī)學科學院放射醫(yī)學研究所博士后流動站工作。2005.8~2011.12在中南大學藥學院藥理學系從事藥理學教學和科研工作，先后任心血管研究湖南省重點實驗室副主任、中南大學藥學院藥理學教研室副主任、藥理學系副主任。2012.1至今在中南大學臨床藥理研究所工作，主要研究方向為心血管疾病的遺傳學與遺傳藥理學研究。2005.9晉升副研究員，2009.9年破格晉升研究員并遴選博士研究生導師。主持課題15項，其中包括國家自然科學基金項目5項，國家新藥創(chuàng)制重大專項、863子課題、中國博士后基金項目、湖南省杰出青年基金、湖南省重點實驗室開放基金、教育部“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”、湖南省科技計劃項目和中南大學首屆國家杰青培育專項各1項，作為學術骨干參與973項目、十一五國家科技重大專項（重大新藥創(chuàng)制）、國家自然科學基金重點項目和CMB項目各1項。發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇，其中第一/通訊作者論文發(fā)表于J Am Coll Cardiol、Clin Pharmacol Ther、Environ Health Perspect、Hum Genet、Atherosclerosis、Pharmacogenet Genomics、PLoS One等國際知名期刊，參與國際藥物警戒與藥物安全會議等國際國內(nèi)會議10余次，作大會特邀報告及分會報告8次；主編教材1部，副主編教材1部，參編教材和專著9部。。獲中華醫(yī)學獎二等獎（排名第一）和湖南省醫(yī)學科技獎 一等獎（排名第四）各1項；2008年獲中國藥理學會—法國Sevier青年藥理學科技工作者獎。
