
個人簡介
副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事天然藥物和藥物設(shè)計合成研究,利用質(zhì)譜、核磁共振、計算化學(xué)、計算機輔助藥物設(shè)計、人工智能等多學(xué)科的技術(shù)交叉融合,研究開發(fā)抗腫瘤、抗微生物、免疫抑制、代謝性疾病等創(chuàng)新藥物。在科研上引入各學(xué)科的新興技術(shù),積極探索藥物開發(fā)的新思路新方法。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目一項、國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金一項、湖南省重點研發(fā)項目一項、湖南省自然科學(xué)基金青年項目一項,2022年湖湘青年英才項目資助。指導(dǎo)碩士研究生獲得2023年湖南省研究生創(chuàng)新項目一項。

2025研究生招生名額1,計劃招生方向:
1. 藥物設(shè)計和合成:神經(jīng)保護活性分子的設(shè)計與合成。需求:最好有藥物合成經(jīng)驗。
2. 人工智能藥學(xué):(1)基于深度學(xué)習(xí)的蛋白質(zhì)核磁共振化學(xué)位移以及二維、三維譜圖預(yù)測和化學(xué)位移信號歸屬;(2)藥物分子生成、優(yōu)化、代謝等性質(zhì)預(yù)測。需求:編程基礎(chǔ),認真細致。
3. 天然藥物化學(xué):土壤微生物的新穎次生代謝產(chǎn)物發(fā)現(xiàn),及活性測試、機理研究。需求:波譜解析和分離提取經(jīng)驗。
4. 自由探索:學(xué)生提出想法,與導(dǎo)師溝通后確認可行,可自由開展。
