· 納米粒子的合成與表征:熟練掌握制備多種納米粒子(如微乳液、脂質(zhì)體、聚合物納米粒子等)和表征技術(shù)(如動(dòng)態(tài)光散射、透射電子顯微鏡、原子力顯微鏡等)。
· 細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和分子生物學(xué)技術(shù):包括細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、基因克隆、PCR、西方印跡等技術(shù)。
· 藥物釋放研究:能夠進(jìn)行體外和體內(nèi)藥物釋放實(shí)驗(yàn),使用各種模型和技術(shù)進(jìn)行藥效和毒理學(xué)評估。
· 藥物動(dòng)力學(xué)和代謝研究:理解并應(yīng)用藥物動(dòng)力學(xué)模型和代謝研究的基本原理。
